403. Joseph⁶ Greenleaf (Stephen⁵, Stephen⁴, Stephen³, Edmund², John¹)²⁶⁶^,²⁶⁶^,²⁶⁶ was born on 2 July 1727 in York, York County, Maine.²⁶⁶ He and Dorcas Gray were married circa 1752 in Maine.²⁶⁶ He died in 1772 in Maine.²⁶⁶

Dorcas Gray266 and Moses Hilton filed marriage intention on 22 March 1781.266 She died either 1812 or 1813 in Maine.266

The eight known children of Joseph6 Greenleaf and Dorcas Gray were as follows:

+ 643. i. Ebenezer7 Greenleaf, born 1753 in; married Elizabeth Chapman.

+ 644. ii. John Greenleaf, born 6 November 1755 on Gewnky Neck, Woolwich, Sagadahoc County, Maine; married Anna Pierce Roberts.

645. iii. Martha Greenleaf was born in 1757.5

646. iv. Sally Greenleaf was born in 1760.5

647. v. Rachel Greenleaf was born on 7 April 1763.5 She and Luke Sawyer were married.
